pink lines on samsung s22 display after software update

I own a Samsung S22 that was in perfect condition until a recent software update caused two pink lines to appear on the display. Despite filing multiple complaints through Samsung's online service helpline and visiting their service center, the issue remains unresolved. Both channels have failed to address the problem and are demanding an exorbitant fee of ₹11, 000 to replace the screen—a fault clearly caused by their software update....

mobile display faulty

Purchased Samsung S22 Ultra on 26th Apr22 vide invoice no.SC6539 for Rs.106000. In 2 and half years, the phone display has developed a green line and when asked for replacement they are asking for Rs.23000.
The same issue happened to another phone of mine Samsung A73 in just 1 year and 3 months when it was just out of warranty. They charged 8K for the same.
Such faulty phones they sell to customer at such high prices and cheat...

Samsung M31 Smartphone

I bought a Samsung M31 Smartphone through CROMA online in 2020. For the first one year it worked very well. They it started hanging intermittently. When the hanging frequency increased, I took it to the SAMSUNG authorised service centre in Hosur - 635 109, Tamil Nadu. So far it was serviced by them thrice. Each time it worked hardly for 2 hrs to 1 day. I have my datas available in its hard disk. Unable to take back up also. Seek a resolution...

Please describe your query : I feel very strange and sad that all my Samsung products are exactly working only for one year or less than that, previously my microwave and now my refrigerator it’s exactly over an year and it started leaking water from somewhere. This problem started 20 days before warranty expiry and it stopped then again now it started leaking again immediately after warranty expiry.
I have left my non working microwave as is now, I have repaired it from Samsung several times and thinking it’s waste of money to spend on it I left it out, now facing same issue with refrigerator.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Recently I had an issue with the display of my Samsung F54 mobile. I took it to the Samsung Service Center at Simmakkal, Madurai and they said that they have to change the display, and it will be covered under my mobile's warranty as it has only been 9 months since it had been purchased. I informed them clearly that I need my mobile repaired as soon as possible as it is very important for my work. They told me that they don't have my mobile's display currently in stock and they will order it and assured to repair my mobile in one week's time. But it has been 11 days since I gave my mobile for repair, from then whenever I call the service center, they almost never pick up the call and respond. And on the rase occasion they pick the call, the get my details and would tell me that they will check my mobile's status and get back to me soon. But they have never called me back to inform me the status of the repair. Yesterday when I called them again, first they ignored my calls as usual and finally when they responded, they asked me whether I had paid any advance for the service, I could not understand how irresponsible, and money minded they can be not remembering the details and particulars of the repair service I required. And I them that they had told me that it will be covered under warranty. Well, if they would have told me earlier that I had to pay for their service, I would have paid so. I asked them will they not do timely and the service they are hired to do so if they service is covered under warranty? Their reply was that they will check the status of my mobile and get back to me. And they did not call me back, after two hours I called them back myself and they replied that they had received the display of my mobile from the company and will soon repair it and I can get my mobile the very next day. And today they called and said they had just received the display today and it will take two more days to complete the repair work. And that will make it 2 weeks from the time I had given my mobile at the service center. This the worst service I had ever experienced before. I want my mobile to be repaired as soon as possible.

      55 Inch Smart TV

      I brought new TV (55 Inch) on 02.07.2024, soon after a month the display got blurred and complaint raised on replacement the TV, but the changed the display and returned and on this again the display was changing dull and bright with light lines on the screen.
      With high expectation i had gone for Samsung brand, instead of SONY, but surprising to me on repeated complaints.

      Non working of LED TV Screen in just four years of purchase

      Since some days my Samsung N4310 series LED tv's screen is not reflecting and for the same I have lodged a repair request.       Hi Sirs,
      I am writing to you w.r.t my service request #[protected] where my television display stopped working suddenly for no reason.
      I have been waiting patiently for the last few days and have dealt with delays respectfully holding Samsung in the highest regards.
      Unfortunately, I have now received a call from the Kharghar (Navi Mumbai - 410210) Service Center executive Akash telling me that the company is unable to procure the required part to repair my television and is unable to provide an ETA for the same.
      What I am being offered in return is coupons at a depreciation of 33% !!!
      I have no desire to get a single rupee extra from Samsung, I also acknowledge that I have used the TV for 2+ years. However, my TV is in fact in warranty and should be repaired. If the company is unable to do so, then I should get a replacement television of the same value.
      I have also been told that no written communication with regards to the above can be provided to me, which is a clear violation of my rights as a consumer of the republic of India.
      I request you humbly, to please look into this with utmost urgency as television is an important source of entertainment for my family.
      I would also like to mention that until the moment I received the call from the Kharghar service center, I and my family have been loyal customers of Samsung owing to high quality and customer standards.
      As of this moment, we own
      Samsung's first LED TV ( 2 qty) purchased in 2008 from CSD
      2 Samsung AC (1 tonne) purchased in 2008 from CSD
      1 Samsung AC ( 1.5 tonne) purchased in 2008 from CSD
      1 QLED tv ( the television being discussed) purchased in 2021
      All that has changed now, albeit unfortunately and how this issue is tackled will impact how we as a family will remember and think of Samsung when it comes to products.

        I am sure you would be happy that customers like me are willing to spend almost 2 lakhs in the grab fest sale and was excited to wait for the sale..
        But now I am feeling cheated and struggling to get quality support for which Samsung is known for.

        Mobile in Warrant period Purchsaed on 14/02/24

        I visited Service centre MP nagar Bhopal with Samsung Mobile model SM-A346ELVCINS Sr No RZCWC0C3V4A as mobile was not charging.
        as mobile was in warranty peroid and it was not charging due to internal problem old parts donit have any moisture or damaged, and they were not willing to repair the circuit and charged Rs 1216 and issued E receipt [protected] dated 23/09/2024.
        my issue is within warranty period they should not charge...

        my point is if i am buying a phone which is barely a month old and worth over lakh rupee...why should i have to repair within a month which means there is genuinely some...

        Rude behaviour and after complaining no action taken

        My washing machine was sent for repair to the workshop after changing some parts at home cause the machine was not working even after change of part .On complaning the case was forwarded to their Headoffice and the Headoffice person was suppose to call the next day .He did call on 29 August 2024 and said will look into the matter and get back to you tomorrow I.e.30.8.24.         Coupon issue

        I am writing to address an issue with the service refund coupon provided to me by the Samsung service center. I had purchased a Samsung S22 from Flipkart, which unfortunately had issues. As a resolution, the service center issued a refund coupon worth 36, 999 INR, which can only be used to purchase Samsung products.

        However, the coupon can only be redeemed at Samsung Plaza, where the S23 is available at MRP rates with no discounts....
