I had purchased sumsung washing machine on 02 Aug 2022 and it was on warranty period upto 02 Aug 2025. I had lodged a service request on 30 Jun 2025 with reference number [protected] but despite several follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with the delay in service for my Samsung washing machine.

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior I experienced from a female staff member at your Samsung Experience Store, Palladium Ahmedabad, on 06 July 2025. I trust that Samsung will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. — 1. Incident Details

    Date & Time: 06 July 2025, approximately 3:00 PM

    Location: Samsung Experience Store – Palladium Ahmedabad
    No G1 to 3, Palladium Mall, SG Highway, Thaltej, Ahmedabad – 380054 — 2. Description o[censored]nprofessional Conduct

    While browsing the PC monitor section for a potential purchase, I approached the display area — where all monitors were powered on as live demos. A female staff member, whom I do not know by name, immediately confronted me and my brother, stating in a raised voice that “the area is prohibited” and that no one could enter that side.

    Despite there being no signage indicating any restriction, she:

    Judged us by our appearance and attire, accusing us of “just coming for time pass and fun.”

    Shouted continuously, even after I politely requested that she lower her voice and speak respectfully.

    Refused to provide her name or identification, and when asked, responded rudely, saying “Who the hell are you?” and using other derogatory words.

    Mocked our financial status and manners, implying that we were poor and ill-mannered.

    Other staff members attempted to intervene and advised her to stop, yet she continued to verbally abuse us. When I inquired about the store manager or owner, she claimed to be both, despite clearly being the only staff member present exhibiting this behavior. — 3. Evidence & Witnesses

    Other Samsung staff on duty, who witnessed her outburst and attempted to calm her down — 4. Desired Resolution

    1. Strict disciplinary action against the staff member in question.

    2. A formal apology from Samsung on behalf of the staff member for her rude, judgmental, and abusive behavior.

    3. Assurance that appropriate customer service training will be provided to prevent any recurrence. — I have been a loyal Samsung customer and have always appreciated the high standards of service your brand represents. Unfortunately, this incident has left me deeply disappointed. I kindly request acknowledgment of this complaint within seven days and a detailed outline of the steps you will take to resolve this issue.

        I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with Samsung.

        After a software update pushed by Samsung, my Galaxy S21 (Model: SM-G991BZAGMEA) developed a green line on the display. This issue started immediately after the update—and clearly it's a software-induced hardware failure. I took it to the service center (Job No: [protected]) where the technician confirmed the defect and said the OCTA display needs replacement.

        But instead of owning up to their fault, Samsung had the audacity to say it’s “Out of Warranty” and demanded AED 740 from me to fix a problem THEY CAUSED. This is absolutely unethical and exploitative behavior from a brand that claims to care about customers.

        There are no signs of misuse on the device, and yet the report casually mentions "multiple scratches on sub-LCD" to probably shift the blame, even when the technician's own remarks show it's a clean device with only normal wear.

        How is it fair to charge loyal customers for your faulty update? This is not an isolated issue—many users have faced the green line problem after updates and Samsung is conveniently ignoring it.

        Samsung has clearly lost my trust. If you’re reading this and thinking of buying a Samsung phone—DON’T. This is how they treat you after a premium purchase.

        I demand a free screen replacement or I will escalate this to higher authorities, consumer forums, and expose this on every platform possible.
