Improper installation of samsung washing machine leading to damage no resolution provided

I purchased a Samsung washing machine (Model: WW80T504DAB/TL, Serial No: 050B5PBWC00149) on 16 Dec 2023. On 3rd August 2025, the machine stopped working. Samsung's technician found that the rat protection shutter — which should have been installed during installation — was left open, leading to rat infestation and internal damage.

This is a clear case of negligence during installation by Samsung’s technician....
