Samsung — SAMSUNG TV not installed yet even after 72 hours after puchase

Hi

I have purchased TV from chroma at Sambhaji Nagar MH and wanted to install at my hometown Washim MH, assigned samsung service engineer calling me and asking me who are you and saying he will install tv as per his convinience and if I have urgency then get it installed from anyone by paying extra. I told him not to install it.

After this I wrote to support.[protected]@samsung.com for alternative resource but no response from them even after several follow up.
