Sangeetha Mobiles — damaged phone

I have bought a phone last year in in april month at sangeeta marathalli shop. One year is not yet over. I have spoken to sales person 2 weeks back only but there is no replacement for my phone. If people are not taking responsibility then why we should take insurance? This is not a right way to talk to respond to customer complaints. We come to sangeetha because of different options but when i am in need nobody is responding.

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro on 26/01/2018 in Mangalore City Centre Mall. Now I have lost my Invoice can I get that one as early as possible and send it to my email address.
