Sanjay Gupta — Food not delivered

I was travelling from nzm to brc in gujrat sampark kranti on 20/06/2017 and i have order our food at kota ju station which arrive at 19.50 pm, my reference no is 968505 we got all the confirmation and delivery person contact number when our train reach at kota ju station.. Were it halt for 10 mins... Surprisingly food was not delivered... We contacted vender ph. No [protected]. The person how attended the call told me that food is on the way but after 10 min. Train stared to live station i again call to the vender he simply said sorry any say he will arrange the food delivery at next station that is ratlam with comes at 11.45 pm and when i said that i will complaint for this he replayed in very wrong way. This was just an worst service i ever get from travel khanna.... Is there any agency to look on this matter. So pl. Gays do not book from travel khanna...
