Not agree for Rs 250/- per person fee for resort.
Not agree for mandotary Breakfast and Meal in Resort
Not agree for increased Utility Charges in Resort, Should be same at the time of membership.
Not agree to incresed annunity charges every year, Should be same at the time of Membership.
I am very old member of Sterling Resort and planning on vacation in Rishikesh from 13 to 14th June 22 .
But on seen Entry fee, Mandatory Meal etc bound to rethink lead to go for complaint against all these unwarrnat matters.

garbage cleaning and cows moving around making the clean city dirty

Dear sir,
On behalf of the resident of street no-1, wazir nagar, kotlka mubarak pur new delhi -110003. I would like to share the current affair wrt to the swach bharat abhihan which our pm has brought forward to make our country clean.
There is so much of garbage lying here and there which is not getting cleaned in the street on daily basis.
So many cows which keep moving around and keep making the whole street dirty and the resident feel they should be taken by the mcd to ensure the cleaniness of the street on immediate basis.

Food not delivered

I was travelling from nzm to brc in gujrat sampark kranti on 20/06/2017 and i have order our food at kota ju station which arrive at 19.50 pm, my reference no is 968505 we got all the confirmation and delivery person contact number when our train reach at kota ju station.. Were it halt for 10 mins... Surprisingly food was not delivered... We contacted vender ph. No [protected]. The person how attended the call told me that food is on the way but after 10 min. Train stared to live station i again call to the vender he simply said sorry any say he will arrange the food delivery at next station that is ratlam with comes at 11.45 pm and when i said that i will complaint for this he replayed in very wrong way. This was just an worst service i ever get from travel khanna.... Is there any agency to look on this matter. So pl. Gays do not book from travel khanna...

I have been keeping track of my cancelled order at ur site since 1st August 2015 and every time i call up on ...[protected] HELP DESK i am told to wait another 48 hrs for the refund. As can bee seen that the refund has been cleared BUT PUT ON HOLD.
I fail to understand as to why this has been done.
Kindly look into the matter as i have decided to BLACKLIST SHOPCLUES FROM NOW ON AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO SHOP ON IT.
