[Resolved] Sansui — air cooler servicing not done | |||
I have purchased sansui aircooler on 05.05.2017. But after using 4-5 months it is not working. I have complained so many times in customare care. I have complained 24.09.17 after 4 days they send technician. They checke and found fan motor problem. Then they told me that they will replaced the motor within in 7 days. Almost 10 days over no necessary action taken from their side. I have contacted so many times they only told next week next week. I am very very dissatisfied with their service. It is my great mistake for purchasing this type product. Really i am very dissatisfied. Was this information helpful? | |||
