Sansui India — 32 inch led display not working | |||
My sansui 32 inch led display is not working. It have 1+2 year warranty which will end on 14th december, 2017. I have complained to customer care and got complaint no: 0151. I complained om 07th november and got assurance to resolve complaint within 24 hours. After that i called around 05 times to customer care as after 11 days till date no one has attended my complaint. I took contact number of service person and called him for 3 days but he was not receiving call. Once he received and told we will attend but no one came yet and now again he is not picking my calls Was this information helpful? | |||
