Sansui India — 32 inch led tv display issues

Myself manoj kumar swain, purchased a sansui led tv on july 2017, which have 3 years brand warranty. But it was having display issues from october 2018
. I have registered complain on this regard, on sansui costumer care. Which reference no is [protected]. But after several follow up nothing happened. It is being 12 months i am trying all to resolve the issue. It seems no - one listening to me. Now i am fed-up with this. Please do something
