Sansui India — 32 inch led tv display problem

I am Pravat Kumar Pattanaik, a valubale customer of Sansui.
I purchased one 32 inch Sansui LED TV from Big Bazar, Forum Mart, Kharavela Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on[protected]. Sl no:[protected], Model No: SANSUISJX 32HB-02CAF, EAN Code: [protected].

It develop some panel problem during may last week of 2018. I filed a complain to company service centre on 1st jine 2018. My complain number is:
BHU[protected]. Till date no solution provided.

My TV is under extended warranty. Still no Solution provided.

Atfer calling your service centre for more than one and half in every alternarive days, now I filled a complain on National Consumer Helpline. My compain number is 825105 which is provided by Government helpline. Please give me solution as earliest.
