I purchased Sansui-India 32inch LCD tv on 01/09/2016. On 08/2018 there was some problem in tv like smoke was coming out they said that power supply is faulty and then they fixed it after fixing power supply when there technicion try to check weather it is working fine LCD was not workin... COMPLAINT NO - DEL[protected] EXECUTIVE NAME - SANDEEP ([protected]) SCODE 597709 we paid rs 590/- visit charges to Sandeep but now he is not even pick my call . They told me if there is any problem in your product it will be resolve in 2 days otherwise we will replace your product . but now there is no reply from company executives from more than a month.
