Sansui India — 40" smart tv not working from 45 days | |||
I am regret to inform you that my 40" smart tv make sansui which was under warranty was in repair from 10th april, 18. The said breakdown complaint was lodge by me at the same time (Hyd[protected]). Your representative (Madhava #[protected]) given me assurance repair or replace of tv within few days. After few days i spoke with area manager (Mr. Ganesh, ph. No. [protected]) and he also said it will repair or will replace of tv. But till date (23rd may, 2018) my tv was not rectified. Once again you are requested to look into matter very seriously and solve our tv problem immediately to avoid further grievance. Was this information helpful? | |||
