Sansui India — ac under amc not attended | |||
Dear Team, I procured the Air Conditioner (Sansui 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC White) in the year 2016. I have the AMC also for the AC. AMC number is AGHA[protected] AMC Start Date 09/05/2017 AMC End Date 08/05/2020 Since last 1 week, the AC has stopped cooling the room. I have diligently lodged the complaint on a daily basis since the last 5 days by sending the SMS .. SVC on 53030 but till now there is no response from customer service to visit and fix the issue. We are taken sansui TV in 2016.The problem is without remote handling the menus are opreat automatically in continues form and also sometimes TV volume is goes to zero level automatically.Tv model details are sansui 32 LED, model- SJX32H302CAF. Please request to you note our complaint soon and provide a best service.Thank you.
