[Resolved]  Sansui India — behavior problem and service not given on time

Dear Sir,
I purchased a led of sansui. After 6 month i am getting problem with this led. I complained to your customer care and they people send a guy who don't have miner's to talk he was very unprofessional. he called me and his talking styel was so rude.That's guy name was Mr. Azad and in all the conversion he used tum for me and i didnot understand he is custmore or i am.After that he came to home and he return back without touching me Tv. Now 10 days has done for my complaint but you people dont come at my place. you people what do you think this is the right way to work. If you people are in service industry so you should now how to talk to customer and how would be service given to customer.
