hello my sansui sa50 hand set i hav given on 11/04/2014 for servicing during warranty period today 07/06/2014 i got my hand set back from the service centre bt the problem is not solved the volume increasing button is still not working and they are telling now to call the head office and talk to them for the parts and it will take 1 months time i brought my set back bt i want to register a complain imei no.
