Sir, Rajesh kothari Ceo at sansui electronics pvt. Ltd. Sub : complaint We have purchased sansui tv sna-55qx from sargam electornic delhi dt. 21.01.2018. There was some problem in pictures and we have made complaint no. Gur[protected], your representative (Mr. Jitender visited) and said that its picture tube will be placed. After that no picture tube replaced and complaint were closed with report that party could not provide bill/invoice of the tv. After that there is another problem in tv that it is not starting and we have made another complaint gur[protected] but no one visited yet. We have called your representative (Mr. Jitender) he told that your tv picture tube and mother board will changed. After that we have contacted you area manager mr. Arun chawla he told that our representative will visit soon but no one visited yet. After that mr. Arun chawla is not picking phone nor responding any thing. If by chance he (Mr. Arun chawla) picked phone then his reply 1. I could not picked phone because he his outstation 2. When i called he at 10 am then he said his laptop is not working call me at 4 pm and 4 pm he did not picked phone. Sir it is almost two months complaint remain unattended.
