Sansui India — Complaint not been resolved. | |||
I had complained for sound related problem to sansui for my 32 inch LED t.v that i had purchased in March 2015 and for the same the technician "Subrata" appointed and he visited my home for the service but it won't get successful and said to wait as but later on i found the case get closed because as per recorder it mentioned my home was lock but its totally false and again today launched a complained and at 10.02 pm i received a message that case closed for the same reason "home was lock" but that person not visited to my place. If this is the after sales service by the company the i will go for Consumer Court. My Complain No's. are KOL[protected] and KOL[protected] and the technician appointed Subrata- mobile no.
