Dear Sir/Madam,
I’ve purchased a Sansui Smart TV on 27th Nov 2022 through Vijay Sales (Kalyan-West), bill is attached for your reference. I noticed a crack on the inside the TV on 22nd May 23 when I switched on it. Post that I immediately logged a complain having # MH5L[protected]. On 25th May 23 a technician attended the call. After the inspection he didn’t find anything damage/evidence of hitting the screen from outside (Picture1 is attached for your reference). However he refused to repair the TV and given a quote of 15k to repair the TV which is cracked on inside (picture2 is attached for your reference).
I searched for the cause of the issue that indicates the overheating due to defective products leads to a crack on the inside the TV. The below is the artifact-

Generally, this type of issue covers under the warranty and company should not charge customer for their defective products.
Humble request to repair the TV asap with any cost as we are missing our favorite TV shows.
