Complaint data on 12.08.2017 Dear sir, I purchased a sansui led skq – 48 fh-zfa in feb 21st 2015., it’s been only two year and five months since i purchased the led tv. Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of the tv. A black shadow appears along the one - third part of the screen causing a huge inconvenience. After having a conversation with one of your costumer centers. I am highly disappointed with your costumer centers services. Please see to it that you are actually taking measure out to our problems. It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my television and for once prove yourself.
