Sansui India — i have submitted the complaint but no help/service has been provided from company

I have bought sansui tv led 48" on[protected] from sanket india, anand.
I have also registered the complaint to customer care on 28 august, 2018, but services not provided from company yet since its almost 2 months completed from register the compaint.

I have also talk with main branch ahmedabad, but they also not give proper response.
