We had purchased Sansui Refrigerator (165 Lt.) for our office on dated 20th August 2013. The compressor of our refrigerator has been damaged in Grantee Period. We had made a complain for the same on[protected] & the same was attended on[protected] by your Authorized Service Centre (scan copy attached) for your reference. Since last one month we have approached several times for our replacement of new compressor, but they have giving false promises each time. I purchased a Sansui 40' LED TV in 2016. Manufacturer warranty: 60 months. At first, we thought that the remote is not working but later when the television buttons didn't work, I figured there has been a problem. The TV would go on but the rest of the functions aren't working. Do address.
