I, vishu s/o sh. Paramsukh r/o d-272, gali no.5, near ramleela maidan, ganga vihar, gokulpuri, delhi-94 informed you that i purchased
sansui led tv from technoking distributors on 09.02.2017 and they give 1 years guarratty and 3 years warranty to me of this t. V.
On 12/07.2108 suddenly, my television stop working. I make a call to the call centre, at the evening they sent a technician and he check the tv, after the checked the tv screen and they said your tv has expired. After seen that my tv is under warranty and they has charge rs. 950 for me for service charge and give me receipt yet and they said your complaint has lodge under the 10 days and after the run of the time, when no one has come then i did make call to call care and no one pick up my call then i was call to call center and lodge a complaint they gave me complaint no. Dl[protected] and said before the evening anyone has come and check the t. V. On that day, i was regularly file a complaint but no one interested in my complaint. After that, i again call in the call center then they give the number of technician sudhir number-[protected]. Every time when i call sudhir then they said that the t. V screen not available. After that they give pradeep no. [protected] to me, then they gave rahul gautam no. [protected] but no one has take action on my complaint. I have many complaints in call center. On 07.09.2018 i call in
sansui call center then they give the number of his manager sudhir singh i. E [protected]. After the call to the manger, they take responsibility and said that in 2 days my complaint was attend but this attempt proved to useless.
Technician does not pick my call.
I have prayed that this complaint, my complaint should be heard and appropriate action should be taken against it.
