Sansui India — LED backlight not working | |||
Hello, This is Subodh Trivedi from Surat, Gujarat. We purchased full HD LED TV of Sansui in Feb 2015 which is still in Warrenty. All of sudden we found black spot on half left of TV screen so we raised complain and first the service person came and took TV to his service center and replace something and took 2700 for that and came with solution but only after 3 days that spot came again so we approached the south Gujarat manager and he came with two technical company person again and try to solve the prob bit failed and so they assure that ur TV need to be replaced and because it's in Warrenty there will be no issue and it's already 20 days but there is no word from there so what to do ? Our Led model no is LEDTVSKQ48FH-ZFA and was purchased from Aditya Visiom, Adajan, Surat. Was this information helpful? | |||
