Sansui India — led display not working | |||
Dear sir/madam, We have purchased the sansui 32 inch led tv on 21 Apr 2016 (Invoice attached) from Kumar electronics H-19/170, Delhi 110085 with 3 years warranty period. The tv is not working since last 108 days. We have filed a complaint in this connection on 28.07.2018(complaint registered with mobile number [protected]) in the customer service centre and representative has visited the home on 30.07.2018 and charged RS 600 as visiting charge(bill attached) but LED was not repaired as he told us that some display part of the tv is defective and it is not available in the service centre so wait till the part is available. After that many complaint raised but mobile number given by customer service center were either not geniune or not received.If at all received by anyone to then only next date of faulty part coming was given. We are quite fed up to hear this type of answer from the representative that the sansui the world leader company parts not available in market. More than 108 days has passed but situation is the same (Parts of tv not available). Original bill of led purchase and service representative visiting charge slip attached herewith...
