Sansui India — led not working from 29th may 2018

I have bought this led in November 2015 and it is in warranty period and it is stop nworking and I had lodge a complaint on 30 th May and I am calling almost daily but not get any satisfactory response it's almost 2 months I am fed up with calling and no one even try to solve our problem, I request you to please look into this matter. Awaiting your reply on above.

Hi sir I bought m 42" uhd led tv with 3 yr extended warranty but on 9-7-2018 m TV screen got off n I gave a complaint .the complaint no is BAN[protected] but no one responding yet so pls do needful n fix m problem

My sansui Led tv are many time breakdown .And i mor time contact sansui technision .but not responce me.
