This is to reference for my compliant no. DEL-[protected] Dated 02.11.2018 from my registed mobile no.[protected] against my sansui led tv facing the issue on display problam( dual shade disply).
Engineer came first visited on 6/11/2018 and checked the problem for screen issue which covered under warranty. Same was reported to service center for replacement the same on regular basis.
After that i am regular following on phone since more 3months.During the telephonic talk it was told that your TV will be changed to another because the panel of 40 panels is not available.
I have Regularly call to Head Service incharge Mr Ajeem khan and Ajay singh [protected] . But they will refuse our call any time . This is totally unfair and harassment of customers.
Requesting to you please take up on this priority and resolve the issue because its long pending case more than 120 days.
