Purchased Sansui LED 11 months back, now it's display has started giving problems, its hazy and colours are not clear. I submitted a complaint to call centre through phone, engineer came and said that he needs to request a part for replacement. Now 25 days have passed and there is no reply from their end, when I call customer care they say that your case is pending but they could not tell how long will this remain pending. I am fade up of such service. I will suggest to all known guys not to buy any Sansui product. Their service is poorest in India, which is not acceptable. This condition of service is in Delhi then you can just imagine what type of service will they provide in other remote parts of India. Was this information helpful? | |||
