Sansui India — led tv 40 " | |||
I have submitted my led tv 40" for repair in service center on 14 july 2018. The tv was under warranty. Now 2 months have been completed. The area manager is saying company (Sansui) not providing parts to them. What i can do. They are not giving my tv back. Two months already completed. When i will get my tv back after repair there is no explanation with area manager. The branch manager is not picking up my call. Whenever im calling customer care they are saying we cannot do anything. Now sansui tell me who will repair my tv, i think 60 days are enough to repair a tv. What is that part which cannot be supplied by company. There is nobody who knows when company will despatch part. I think to purchase a sansui product is not a right choice. Company is selling their products only, company do not have spare parts for their products even the tv is unserviceable in warranty itself. Please repair my tv at the earliest.
