Sansui India — led tv 40 inch | |||
Sir, I have registered the above mentioned complaint with customer care Sansui Delhi regarding my faulty 40"LED on 6th March, 2019. On my complaint Engineer visited my home to attend the complaint and informed me that I have to pay Service Charge +GST for attending the complaint i.e. Rs. 940/-, which I have paid. After that he checked the LED and told me that one of the part need replacement. But till date after 3 months it is still not replaced. I further want to apprise you that last year also some problems arises and it takes 3 months for Sansui to repair the my LED.. So you are requested to look into the matter so that it can be repaired at the earliest. Complaint No. DEL[protected]. Service centre told me that company is not providing parts for replacement, it is, therefore, not possible to attend your complaint.
