My sansui led tv 40" display has been stopped working, raised the complaint for the same on 6th june 17. Till now there's no response from service center on resolution (Product is under warranty) Here are the details for sms received from sansui Dear customer your reference no is tha[protected] pl give response code r35324, if receive call within 1 hr. my tv sansui is not working since last one month as only sound is coming no picture found . thus here is display problem .my regd mobile no is [protected] my name is Kamal Mohan Srivastava residing at moh purab tola bhandar khana Balrampur .please send engineer to repair the display problem .
