Led tv display not working from 29/8/2018. Complaint given on 30/8/2018. Man[protected]. But upto today 04/10/2018. Not replaced. Called customer care they given regional manager number, called manager he is telling his own problem, he says like me 700 complaint pending. Ok then sansui company this much lagging to solve customer problem? Then who will buy san sui products here after who will recommend you can buy sansui product, how will grow company, how will take the profit. We spent 43, 000.00 for tv 5 year warranty. But we cannot use, pls replace as soon as possible. I hope sansui is come up above from his own problems and solve all complaint s as soon as possible.
