[Resolved] Sansui India — LED TV not replaced during warranty. | |||||
I have purchased 40' Sansui LED TV on 8th March 2016 and after only 6 months o[censored]sage black marks started appearing on the screen, I raised a complaint two times to the customer care and once the service men came and told that he cannot replace the unit but only open the unit and clean the black marks. As my unit is under warranty I insisted on replacing it with new one, he entered my complaint in the system as informed to me but till date I have not received any call regarding the replacement of the unit. Sansui service person now not replying to the call. I need help in solving the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
