[Resolved]  Sansui India — led tv quality

We purchased sansui40" led tv model ledtvsjx40fb-9xaf sno.[protected] on 9oct 2014 worth rupees 34, 000 dealer has not informed us about guarantee and warrenty of the tv and suddenly on 28/8/2017 it stopped working no picture nor sound is coming from tv and when we gave a complain about it dealer said there is problem regarding picture tube panel and it will cost around 20, 000 kindly consider the matter and solve the issue.. Looking your kind consideration
