[Resolved] Sansui India — LED TV Sceen Gone Blank | |||
I purchased a 32 inch LCD TV from Patra Electronics Cuttack on 6th Dec 2013 for approx INR 18000. SL No: SL[protected]. The warranty is obviously over. Few days back the screen went blank and I can hear only sound. I contacted your service center and they said that the cost of repairing this is approximately INR 13000 to 14000. I am very disatisfied with Sansui as you provided sub-standard LCD screen in the TV which has gone bad now. I will never ever recommend Sansui to anyone. I know you guys can do nothing about this as warranty is over. But I am also taking this to social media. Was this information helpful? | |||
