Sansui India — led tv under warranty | |||
I had purchased a Sansui LED tv Model # SKW50FH16XAF & SL #[protected]. Date of purchase 25/06/16 The tv is still in warranty. We had lodged a complaint and someone from TekCare India Pvt. Ltd. came for inspection on 13 March. The person charged us for the transport and service charges. We were told that you guys will replace the LED within 2/3 days but we have not heard back from anyone yet. The numbers provided are not getting answered since the last 7 days. Its been more than 10 months since the inspection and still this has not been resolved. The Call No. is MUM [protected]. This is extremely bad after sales services.
