[Resolved]  Sansui India — Manufacturing defect /customer service is pathetic. Pqr no: hyd[protected]

I have ordered a Sansui LED 4K TV from Tirupathi Electronics on 10th OCT'16
its was delivered on 12th OCT'16, Rite from the day one their was a technical error raising, the menu bar is blinking automatically with any manual operation. The was communicated to the technician who came for assembling, he tried his best and could not fix the problem and the same was reffered to Mr. Kalyan Das, Mr. Kalyan Das could not resolve the problem and same was referred to Mr. Deneef and the same problem raised, Mr Deneef referred to Head Office and gave the contact of Mr. Rajesh in Head Office, Mr. Rajesh verified with Mr. Deneef and said that the TV will be replace in 7 working days (one week), not almost one month passed but no response from non of the above.
Kalyan Das says its not my look our contact Deneef, Mr. Deneef does not respond to my calls nor he calls back, Mr. Rajesh Kumar number is not in use not.
This is really a pathetic service and respond from the persons above, I never came across such service till now. I Think i have done a mistake choosking SANSUI.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
