Sir i took sansui horizon 1 s 2 months back but my mobile started to drain like hell, even when i keep my mobile in airoplane mod eit drains heavily, it shows abnormal battery percentage like suddenly it jumps to 5 to 100% n stops charging and when i start using it i wont get 10 mins backup also, for ur information i dont have any apps installed except whatsaap, please sir find me an answer i cannot use this mobile but it is only i can afford. Sansui India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 19, 2017 Updated by dhananjayanani sir the customer care number given on the box is not working and also i cannot find any service center in bangalore
