[Resolved] Sansui India — not getting response from service engineer | |||
Dear team, I bought 40 inch sansui led dkw40fh18x on 31/10/2017 for 29, 000 rupees. When i was watching tv on 02/10/2017 the display suddenly went off. When i tried to start tv again it shown nothing on screen & no audio or video appeared, just a black screen showing. When i turn on the tv or simply have it plugged in, it smells like burning plastic We have launched a complaint no tha[protected] date 02/10/2017. To attend the said complaint mr pandey has reported at my home on around 04/10/2017 and after attend the issue told to us that power supply have change. Tv is still under warranty therefore, the power supply will be changed within 2/3 days free of cost. Still today customer service they are only making promise and not close the issue.
