Purchased sansui 43 4k ultra hd smart tv from flipkart on may 7th 2017. With the 1 year warranty and 2 years extended warranty.
From april 1st week tv stopped working. So i created the request (#ban[protected]) for service from sansui. After a couple of days a technician came checked the tv and told display has gone and he has given his manager contact no. (Sathya narayana rao #[protected]) to follow up. I contacted his manager multiple time, he was told now the company is not manufacturing 43inc displays. So you need to take another model (42-inch smart tv), for that, you need to pay more 521/- i sent money to vidicon account which he given. After he is telling i told 5021/- not 521/-. Till now i didn't get any response from them already it has been 50days.
Problem is:
Sansui has to replace tv without taking extra money, if they are not able to repair it. I have 3 years warranty.
I am hoping this case will help me on this issue.
I am attaching invoice of the bill and money which i transferred.
