[Resolved] Sansui India — Poor service and worst after sales system | |||
I have a sansui AC which is in warranty. Its not working for the past 3 days. I called the customer care center and registered the complaint. But there is no response from any. All the technicians are saying the compaint is not allocated to them. Its been more than 48 hours since the compaint is raised. Customer service team is creating new tickets most of the time. Please find below the complaint nos. CHE[protected] CHE[protected] CHE[protected] I called to customer care more than 10 times to know the status but everytime they are saying it will be done soon but nothing is happening.
