Sansui India — product/I'm complaining about my sansui led tv warranty claim | |||
Please be informed that we have purchased sansui led tv one and half years back. We have facing colour issues for five months back and same has been informed to customer care. Based on compliant, service person came to inspect and charged rs. 600/ for inspection charges and informed for tv colour panel issues and we replace the same. After that we haven't hear anything from customer care or service team. We are facing this issues for last five months and so many calls made to customer care[protected] but nothing happened by till the time.
