Sansui India — Redemption of money not happening

Respected Sir / Mam,

We have purchased LED TV under the scheme Jitna Do Utna Lo (JTUL),

As mention in the certificate we were supposed to go in http://www.sansui-india.com Or visit the dealer distributor for the redeem 13000/- (Offer Amount), but site is not working & our dealer is not responding,

Request you to please guide us further ASAP & suggest the local Dealer/Distributor (in Rajkot, Gujarat, India) were we can visit & redeem certificate/purchase item.
