Sansui India — regarding complaint of sansui ultra hd tv | |||||
Unfortunately I have purchased a Sansui 109cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV (SNA43QX0ZSA/UHDTVSNA43QX0ZSA) on 27th April 2017. It has 1+2 Years Extended Warranty. I given a compliant to customer care on 31st May 2018 for some problem. The Technician visited and said that it has mother board problem, and it will take 10 days for mother board replacement. But till now it is not repaired. Whenever I ask for the mother board, always i get only single response “it will take time because we don’t have part and it has to come from head office” and same response happening from almost 1 month. I never seen such kind of worst service of repair. Please solve it as soon as possible otherwise I am going to take an action against Sansui. When my brothers and sisters were fighting for the tv my sister threw an object on the TV now that has black lining at one corner and my screen is damaged the TV is 5yrs old and the inner parts of the TV are perfect and now I want to exchange it with a new Sansui led tv.. That's my problem plz help me ..my contact no.[protected]
