To Sales manger Sansui india Sub.: regarding service charge Sir, I wish to inform you that i had purchased a sansui led on dt 25.04.2017. Its display was not visible so i sent the led to your service centre on 28/12/2018. I complaint first with complaint number gur[protected] with[protected]. My led was under warranty period of 1+2 years. The customer care tekcare indea pvt. Ltd. At sirsa change the defected part and charges me rs.550 as service charge. No engineer or anyone came to visit at home. Still they charge rs.550 from me. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible. Maine comple August 2018 me kiya he part service centre me 2 months se available he but koi response nae he complent no [protected] service add mahape panvel se contact had se jyada kiya he but no actual reply

Stains on display
I purchased led 43 inch TV 2 years back .it having 5 years warranty TV display having problem. Registered complaint on 30/08/2018. Complaint no MAN[protected]. But up today 03/02/2019 problem not solved . please repair as soon as possible..
