[Resolved]  Sansui India — regarding the faulty display of sansui led tv - 42 inch

Dear sir/madam,

I purchased two sansui led tv ‘s of 42 inches one in may and another one in august 2016, both are located in different flats. It has been only ten months since i purchased the tv. Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of both tv's. A black fog/shadow appears along the bottom-corners of the screen causing a huge inconvenience.

I have registered complaint around 4th may 2017. My customer reference no is mum[protected] and doing follow up till date. After having a conversation with one of your help centers its is due to dust. Then support engineer took both tv’s to service center (Asi-[protected], mulund, mumbai, maharashtra.) two times for same issue now white spot/lines appeasers around the screen on both tv’s. Service center manager said that "it is due to led shadow". I ask to write on email or share your email id but they have not shared email/email id.

I have been a fond consumer of sansui products until now when i have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centers.
Your service center closed my request but an issue is not resolved yet. I have four sms’s stating that my request is closed. I got called on 18th july from a zonal manager (Mob: [protected]) saying ”we will resolve this in next three days” today is 26 july but the issue is not resolved. I called him on mobile but it is switched off.

Now buying sansui products seems like a very big mistake. I am highly disappointed with your services. Please see to it that you are actually taking measure-out s to fix our problems and not just make false claims. It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my televisions and for once prove yourself to be giving worthy services at moderate costs.
