Hello sir My name is Shafiq khalak and i m from Gujarat . On Jan 2016 i had purchased a sansui led tv which have a 3 years of warranty but within 1.5 yera it's not working display going to be damaged i call a customer care they register a complaint regarding all this and tell me that i have pay 800 rupees for service charges which i paid to them but till now i don't get any kind of a solution last 1 month they telling me we will resolve ur issue but i don't think so they can do anything they are # # so i just request everybody do not buy sansui tv they are bunch of crook.
