Sansui India — sansui 4k smart tv | |||||
I bought sansui 4k tv, nov 2015 with 1+2 years extended warranty. The tv has stopped working more than 5 times since we have bought it. We are requesting the service centre change the product as it is a deffective one. But our complaint has not been heard yet. That latest complaint # pun[protected] which i have registered on 18th nov 2017. But still no action has been taken. Though we have been regularly taking feedback from the service personnel. They have been giving excuses like they need to check if the part is available or not, tv cannot be replaced etc. And the result, we are not able to use the product for which we have paid for.
