Sansui India — sansui 50 inches led tv | |||||
The backlight of my Sansui LED went away and then i contacted customer care, they sent their person who took away the TV on 27/07/2018 and after that company agreed for product replacement and a person from aditi enterprises came and made a cash recipt of 2020rs against product replacement on 30/09/2018 till that time the Tv was with Aditi enterprises, and after that they denied for product replacement and brought the product back to me with black spots on old Tv's screen, even when my product was in warranty and going to be replaced why did they got me a defected one and till now there is no whereabouts of my product and i still dont know that when am i gonna get my product and last week customer care people contacted me to know that did i recive the product because according to them company has issied me a new product but people from aditi enterprises has not given me yet and as from customer care i got two numbers of Mr.Mandlik- [protected] and Mr.shashikant-[protected] and both of them are not recieving calls since they took the product.Please give me the details as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
