Respected sir, I harinath singh want to complaint you regarding the negligence in follow up and helping me out with the problem faced by me in using the product. I have purchased a sansui AC on 5th oct 2017. The AC stopped working on 5th of August 2018. I called the customer care which had no solution instead wasted my time. then they told technician will come on 5th Aug 18 but nobody came. On 6th Aug 18 a technician salman came and checked at night 9:30 pm and told PCB issue is there. then till date no follow up is done by the customer care or the service center. I have been told that 21 days will be taken for this. my warranty period being used by your company for your fault. customer care says we cant do anything call service center and service center is not answering the call. I have others ways also so do complete it as soon as possible. I am attaching the invoice with the mail find it in the attachment. I have few questions related to this to which i want answers 1. when you are using so many days are you going to increase the warranty period ..if no...then why are you not completing the task? 2. I want to shift my house how to shift if your things are not done.? 3. who are answerable to this issues? Was this information helpful? | |||
