Dear sir/madam, I have registered a complaint for my sansui 40 inch led television for a display problem on 11/08/2018 with a complaint number ahmi[protected] but till date i have not received any response from your company or service department end. The product is covered with 1 years warranty it was bought from mayur home appliances vadodara on[protected]. Led tv display not working from 11/8/2018. Complaint given on same day but till date not even replaced. Sansui company this much lagging to solve customer problem? Then who will buy sansui products here after who will recommend you can buy sansui product, how will grow company, how will take the profit. We spent 28, 000.00 inr for this led tv. But we cannot use, please replace as soon as possible. We would like to send back the tv and have our money back as 1. Quality of led tv is very poor; it stopped working in 11 months 2. Support team not resolving the issue and not paying any heed to the consumers. 3. Continuous waiting. Bill is also attached herewith for your reference.
