[Resolved] Sansui India — Sansui led tv display gone within 2 months | |||
I purchased LED TV few months back, from very next month Tv got picture display problem, When we raised a complaint on 08/03/2017-BAN[protected], Service engineer had come and told me TV need a software update & went back since he don't have software in handy. When we called next day he told it is Panel issue & which needs to be replaced. So I waited for 1 week & called, they said panel yet to come. tried calling again & again(more than 200 calls & more than 10 numbers called) but no update yet even now. It's been close to 55 days TV is not working & we are blindly paying channel subscribe cost. When i raised a escalation & asking for a new TV..they are saying it is not possible, When i ask for new TV by tomorrow saying we will check & update. When we ask for money which we lost for these two months & with out having TV..they are saying will update on it. Worst TV & Worst Service. Fnds Never ever by Any Sansui products. We are still looking for an update. Hope they will give an update by end of next year. :( Was this information helpful? | |||
